Appointment Policy
For veterinarians: After you contact us via e-mail or phone, we can usually schedule an appointment within 24-48 hours. For relief work, we ask that you contact us at least one month in advance.
For pet owners: You are welcome to e-mail us with any questions. To schedule an appointment, we will need to be contacted by your regular veterinarian.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept personal checks from the veterinary clinic or hospital.
